GloMidCo SCH2Hawk is a product to integrate the SAP job scheduler into the Tibco Hawk monitoring system.

To gain more control on your message oriented middleware systems (MOM) it's important to monitor all parts of your system. EAI closes bridges in your IT landscape, but monitoring still resides on islands. Ideally an enterprise monitoring system bridges all IT monitoring islands, but for various reasons corporate wide monitoring systems are rarely used to monitor MOM systems. GloMidCo tries to close the bridges in monitoring starting with the integration of SAP's CCMS into Tibco Hawk and the other way around (GloMidCo Hawk2CCMS). Next to that GloMidCo created a bridge between the SAP job scheduler and the Tibco Hawk monitoring system (SCH2Hawk).

GloMidCo Shed2Hawk gives you a Hawk microagent which connects to the SAP job scheduler and makes it possible to view, start, pause and stop SAP jobs in your Tibco Hawk system. This allows you to create Tibco monitoring policies based on information from the SAP job scheduler.

With GloMidCo SCH2Hawk you are able to dynamically assign resources if SAP batch jobs are started and release them again when the job has finished. Next to this you are also able to pause a SAP batch job if there is a problem in your middleware layer. All this will result in improved quality of service and lower TCO.
