GloMidCo CCMS2Hawk is a product to integrate the SAP monitoring system (CCMS) into the Tibco Hawk monitoring system.

To gain more control on your message oriented middleware systems (MOM) it’s important to monitor all parts of your systems. EAI closes bridges in your IT landscape, but monitoring still resides on islands. Ideally an enterprise monitoring system bridges all IT monitoring islands, but for various reasons corporate wide monitoring systems are rarely used to monitor MOM systems. GloMidCo tries to close the bridges in monitoring starting with the integration of SAP’s CCMS into Tibco Hawk and the other way around (GloMidCo Hawk2CCMS).

GloMidCo CCMS2Hawk gives you a Hawk microagent which will connect to the SAP CCMS system and exposes the SAP CCMS monitoring elements as methods to the Hawk agent. This allows you to create Tibco monitoring policies based on information from the SAP system.

With GloMidCo CCMS2Hawk you will be able to correlate Tibco errors to SAP problems and the other way around for quicker problem solving. Next to this you will be able to dynamically scale up and scale down based on information of the SAP processes. All this will result in improved quality of service and lower TCO.
